How do I subscribe?

We know it's a hassle but you can't sign up in the app. After you've subscribed to one of our Exstreamity TV channels, you can watch in the app.

How do I watch the live stream?

Only members can watch the live stream. Go to the Premium Content page and select Watch Live from the menu at the top. You may need to refresh the page if you recently signed in.

How do I unsubscribe?

Accounts cannot be managed in the app. 

How do I reset my password?

Passwords cannot be managed in the app.

I'm having trouble accessing my account?

Verify the email address and password are spelled correctly.

I'm signed into the portal but I still see the lock symbol?

Only members can play locked content. Also inactivity can sometimes cause the lock symbol to be displayed even though you are signed in. Press the refresh icon in the menu at the top.

How do I mark a title as a favorite?

Select the title you want to be a favorite. This will open the player page. Select the favorite star on the player page.

How do I reactivate my account?

Accounts cannot be managed in the app.

When I select the Trailer button, nothing happens.

This means the title does not have a trailer.

How do I report inappropriate use of the portal?
